4 Weeks in. 2 to go!

I am amazed at how quickly my habits have changed. It has been 28 days since I went off all dairy and meat and this past weekend my husband and I went out for dinner and then to a brewery for live music. I was actually thinking I might treat myself and eat some meat or have ice cream with my daughter, who was at one of our favorite hangouts indulging.

But once the time came and I looked at the menu, I didn't feel like ordering anything other than vegan tacos. And they were delicious. I was completely satisfied.

Even stranger than that was when we went to the brewery and I sampled some local brews, but in the end ordered a hop water because I just wasn't feeling like a beer. If you know me, that is strange! I love beer. But my tastes have changed. Even in this 4 weeks- my cravings are different... healthier!

That is why I am going to start a 30 day challenge for anyone who is interested in changing their habits for 30 days.
