I could list off all of the certifications that I have, but that isn't what you will remember. Once you talk to me, you will remember how passionate I am about helping people change their behaviors to feel better, sleep better, have brighter skin, better moods and will have more energy. I will help you love your body again.
My degrees are in Psychology, Kinesiology and Dietetics. I find that it is the perfect combination to help clients succeed because I take the time to listen to them. After listening to you and discussing your background, I will customize a fitness plan that will help you reach your goals. I will create a plan with videos for you and will work with you to keep you on track and motivated.
A Bit About
How am I different than your typical spring-chicken trainer running around in crop tops? To start, I am now in my 50’s and have had life experiences that have helped me tremendously when working with clients. My age is my advantage, sparking me to modify routines and consider concerns like inflammation, muscle strain and recovery. I am a better trainer today then I was when I was in my 20’s.
