45 Day Vegan

Welcome to my 45 Day Transformation blog, where I am going to put myself to the test to see how my body will react to a plant based diet. My cholesterol, body composition and strength gains will all be documented before and after.
I am currently a personal trainer that lifts weights 2-3 times per week walk 10k steps a day and do about 1-2 spin classes a week. I eat pretty healthy with protein being my focus. I get 100-150 grams minimum a day from animal sources. I have rheumatoid arthritis which makes my life painful and difficult and am ready to see if switching to a plant based will help.
I will be documenting over the next 6 weeks what I experience through the journey.
