I know for a fact that my protein is really not where it should be. I got around 50 grams today. It is so time consuming to eat plant based vs just grabbing a bag of chips. I did have a chocolate caramel today, so I guess that was cheating. But when I think of everything I am avoiding, I cannot believe I have not lost weight yet. Last night we ordered pizza and I had none. I ate beans with power greens. I am hoping that eventually it will make a difference- so I will try to be patient. For now, I will take my one small caramel cheat and call this week a success.
